A grown up Tommy goes to the cemetery to destroy Jason's corpse once and for
all. The gods must not too thrilled about that though, because when Tommy
rams a spear through Jason's chest...lightning crashes down and brings Jason
back to life (Frankenstein-style, there's even a Karloff reference later in the
film) and ready to kick ass! Tommy runs to the police, but when he tells
them about Jason they think he's just a maniac trying to stir up trouble and
throw him in jail. Soon the bodies start piling up.
If I could only watch one Friday the 13th film for the rest of my life, it would
be Part 6. The pace is lightning fast, the kills are amazing, the
photography is way better then it should be for a cheap horror movie, the humor
is actually humorous and not forced, the acting is really good and the main
chick is easily the hottest female of the entire series.
Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say about the movie. I
mean it's not Bergman or anything, but it's not suppose to be. It's a
light-hearted, blood-drenched slasher film that's fun to watch and that's
it. Highly recommended. I love this movie.
